Everyone is personable, we called about the recall they ordered the part. They called us as soon as they came in made an immediate appointment for that same day actually.(And we realize that’s not always the possibility), Answered any questions offered us a vehicle.

Very friendly service, done right! I am on my 5th VW and 4th leased from this dealer. Easy to schedule service, and easy to work with staff to lease/puchase a vehicle. Very satisfied with VW product,

It was by far the most relaxing and easy car buying experience I've ever had. Staff was great and easy going. I felt no pressure and Ted was extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car .

I'm a disabled Marine corps combat veteran with flat feet and a fixed income went to get my not even 2 year old car looked at for a check engine light was told it was an aftermarket intake also vehicle has major issues with oil and computer issues already. When I was told there was a fee after being told their wouldn't be because of an aftermarket air intake system they said was the cause of my issues (it's not) I was told to pay almost $90 that I don't have I was almost forced to walk home which is a minimum half hour drive up two mountains when I explained I didn't have money and I am a disabled veteran (with flat feet and service connected disabilities and I even have a handicapped disabled veteran plate) the service manager who is very unprofessional took my keys and paperwork and basically was going to have me walk home without a vehicle I asked for them to work with me and I was told by the service department manager that he personally talked to the owner and the owner said they wouldn't help me so I had to borrow money from someone I already owe money too just to get my vehicle I already paid for with insurance, registration, maintenance, car payment etc. As far as I know I've put the stock factory air intake system back on and the code is still on and the oil level is still low with no leaks. The amount of unprofessionalism and anxiety and trauma this has caused me is beyond what words can say no human being especially a veteran especially especially a 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran shouldn't ever be treated or made to feel this way I won't ever buy another VW again and as far as I'm concerned the manager shouldn't be in that position to treat a customer like that inhuman for a $90 fee is ridiculous says a lot about you as a business in general.
