I made my service date about 2+ weeks after I called because I wanted a loaner car. I appreciated the loaner especially because your service department kept my car for a week. I brought my car in on a Monday. The problem was assessed that day and parts were ordered that arrived on Tuesday. My repair wasn't handled until Friday and completed until Monday a week after I brought the car in. I was calling your service department to get status reports. Seems to me your service department should have been updating me. My experience with your service department was discouraging.

Was informed the repairs were completed late Friday afternoon. Unable to pick it up until Saturday. Service department closed. Upon starting it up, the low coolant light came on. Shut it off and inspected. Found alot of coolant under it. Sale rep tried to assist however, something went wrong with repairs.
Apparently a coolant hose was damaged during the removal of the intake. I understand things can happen, however this tells me the technician never rechecked fluid levels after repairs. If they had, they would of found this issue.
